The Museum of Amazons and Kings of Danhomè Project and the rehabilitation of the royal palaces of Abomey are designed to showcase the historic site of Abomey and strengthen Benin’s capacity to preserve and promote its heritage. It will also help to strengthen the artisanal ecosystem and generate economic spin-offs for Benin.
The project will also support capacity building for tourism and heritage preservation professionals.
