The Sèmè-Porto-Novo road project aims to :
– Facilitate traffic and improve road safety between the cities of Cotonou and Porto-Novo;
– Promote local trade and improve the living conditions of the local population; and
– Improve the performance of the Abidjan – Lagos corridor.
