The solar lantern project aims to provide learners in beneficiary schools with rechargeable solar lanterns for school use.
For its pilot phase, nine schools located in rural areas will benefit from the initiative. The aim is to provide these nine schools with a more conducive learning environment.
As well as improving learning conditions, this ecological project promotes the preservation of the planet, and is part of the drive to protect the environment and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
