Initiated by the Ministry of Secondary, Technical, and Vocational Education (MESTFP) through the National Strategy for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (SNEFTP), this project aims to develop the reception capacity of Commercial and Industrial Technical High Schools by constructing and rehabilitating reception infrastructures.
The overall goal of the project is to provide quality education to youth in line with market needs in the agriculture and energy sectors, and to create a conducive environment for the professional integration of trained youth.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Specifically, the project aims to :
- Strengthen/improve the reception capacity of the Commercial and Industrial Technical High Schools (LTCI) in Djougou and Ouidah ;
- Enhance the training offer in the energy sector, aligning it with labor market demands ;
- Set up workshops and practical training facilities based on production ;
- Strengthen the governance of LTCIs and support the professional integration of students.
